REVIEW DRAFT — NOT YET EFFECTIVE
The existing draft wording below is preserved for owner and legal review. Incorporation confirmation, the contractual operator, applicable jurisdiction, and final operating practices remain to be confirmed. No effective date has been assigned.
These proposed Website Terms of Use apply to the Project Arc marketing website and its public content, illustrative tours, articles and calculators. “Project Arc”, “Arc”, “we” and “us” refer to Project Arch Technologies Inc., the intended BC company, once its incorporation and operating role are confirmed. Contact hello@projectarc.io for questions. This unpublished review draft does not itself create an agreement or represent that the company has already been incorporated. The final terms will identify their effective date and the legal operator.
The website explains Arc’s product vision and offers a way to contact the team. It does not, by itself, create an account, grant production access, accept a customer’s project, provide professional services or form a software subscription. Any pilot, subscription, Custom Arc implementation, data-processing arrangement or paid engagement requires separate terms agreed with the authorized customer. Those terms should specify available features, users, access, fees, payment/renewal/cancellation, support, security responsibilities, data handling, exit and applicable service commitments. They control the relevant service if they differ from these website terms.
You may browse the site and use its public materials for lawful information and evaluation of Arc. If acting for a firm, do not represent that you can bind it unless you have authority. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse enquiry channels or attempt to access non-public information. Do not reproduce, scrape or republish substantial site content for a competing service or unauthorized commercial purpose. Nothing here prevents uses that applicable law permits.
Arc is under development. Demonstrations, diagrams, sample workspaces and Ask Arc examples may be illustrative or part of a prototype rather than production functionality. Features described across pursuit, proposals, design, tender, construction administration, closeout and firm management are a product direction; the capabilities available to a particular pilot must be confirmed in its agreement. Financial/resource intelligence, Contractor Arc and optional Facility Management may be later offerings. A roadmap is not a delivery-date guarantee or a commitment to include a future feature in an existing fee.
Arc is software, not an architect, engineer, lawyer, accountant, contract administrator or safety adviser. Website content and any AI-generated illustration are general information, not advice for a specific project. The authorized professionals and project participants remain responsible for reviewing source documents, applicable codes, contracts, design decisions, site conditions, approvals, submissions and deadlines. A task status, generated summary or platform record does not itself constitute professional certification, contractual notice, acceptance, payment certification or permission to proceed. Follow the governing contract and professional requirements.
Published pricing describes the stated firm-size band, region and commercial assumptions. Canada and United States prices are regional prices based on the billing entity’s country, not a live foreign-exchange conversion. The planned standard model is an annual commitment, with monthly-equivalent amounts shown for comparison; actual payment timing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and any exceptions belong in the agreed order. Unlimited projects and core functionality remain subject to the agreed service, authorized use and capacity/security requirements. Custom Arc scope and fees require a quotation. A webpage is not acceptance of an order. ROI calculations use the visitor’s assumptions, including recovered time and replaceable software costs. They are estimates, not guaranteed savings, revenue or investment returns.
Use the contact channels for a legitimate business enquiry and provide accurate information. A demo request is not a booking confirmation, pilot acceptance or commitment to purchase. Please do not send confidential client files, sensitive employee information, credentials or payment-card details through the public website or general email enquiry. If confidential material is needed, agree an appropriate channel and confidentiality/data-handling arrangement first. You retain rights in material you supply; sending an enquiry does not transfer your intellectual property to Arc. We may use the information reasonably needed to answer and administer that enquiry, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Customer project documents, drawings, specifications, correspondence and other workspace records are not transferred to Arc merely because they are stored in the service. Rights may belong to the customer, its clients, consultants or other third parties. The customer must have authority to provide the information and authorize access. Any permission Arc needs to host, process, back up or display those records should be limited to delivering and supporting the agreed service and be set out in the service agreement. These website terms do not create a broader licence to sell customer records, publish them or use them for general-purpose model training.
The Arc name, branding, website design, original articles, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights of Arc or its licensors. Do not imply endorsement, affiliation or ownership without permission. Limited internal sharing for evaluating Arc is permitted with attribution and without misleading changes. Ask before using brand assets in publicity or republishing an article. Feedback is welcome; provide only material you are entitled to share. We may consider voluntary suggestions when improving Arc, but do not assume a confidential invention or restricted third-party work can be submitted without a separate agreement.
Read the Privacy Policy for the proposed handling of enquiries and other information. Privacy consent is addressed separately and is not a blanket consequence of agreeing to website terms. External links, integrations, hosting providers and linked product environments may be subject to separate terms and policies; a link is not an endorsement or guarantee. Any use of AI with customer content requires the agreed permissions and provider arrangements. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable outputs; verify the source and do not rely on it as the sole basis for a professional, contractual or safety-critical decision.
We aim to keep public information useful and accurate but may update, correct, replace or withdraw website content as development proceeds. The website may be unavailable or interrupted, and illustrations may not reflect the latest product build. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general information are provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Confirm material feature, pricing, security and availability statements with Arc before making a purchasing or deployment decision. These website terms do not reduce an express commitment made in a separate signed agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arc is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information, illustrative outputs, third-party sites or unverified estimates, including indirect loss of anticipated profits, opportunities or savings. This clause is not intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse fraud or wilful misconduct, or restrict non-waivable statutory rights. Any negotiated liability limit, indemnity, service remedy or data-loss allocation for a pilot or subscription belongs in that separate agreement; it is not established by this website draft. Counsel should review this allocation before the terms take effect.
We may change the website and these terms prospectively. The approved version will show its effective date. Where a change requires notice or express agreement, we will use an appropriate process; merely revising a webpage does not retroactively change a separate signed service contract. We may restrict access to protect the site or respond to misuse, subject to applicable law. Suspension, termination, export and deletion of customer workspace access must be handled under the separate service agreement, not by this general website clause.
The proposed governing law is the law of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory legal rights and any separate agreement, disputes concerning these website terms would be brought before the courts of British Columbia. Contact hello@projectarc.io first if you would like us to address a concern; this does not prevent approaching a regulator or exercising a legal remedy. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
Project Arch Technologies Inc. — planned registration: British Columbia, Canada. Website, legal and privacy enquiries: hello@projectarc.io. Before this draft becomes effective, confirm the incorporation/operating entity, business mailing address and final contact arrangements, obtain legal review and assign an effective date. If the website is operated before incorporation, identify the actual responsible operator and revise these terms rather than presenting the proposed company as already registered. Subscription terms, pilot agreements and data-processing terms require separate approval.
