01 / EVERYONE ALIGNED

Great architecture is a team effort.

Great architecture is a team effort.

Great architecture is a team effort.

Behind every successful building is a team of people working toward a shared vision.

Architects, consultants, contractors, clients, and internal staff all contribute to the result.

But when information is disconnected, alignment becomes harder than it should be.

Illustrated progression from pencil and CAD through BIM to connected project records

01

The pencil

A simple tool and direct connection between idea and drawing.

02

CAD

Digital drafting transforms architectural documentation.

03

BIM

Integrated building models introduce new capabilities and complexity.

04

Today’s software stack

Multiple specialized applications, subscriptions, workflows, and information silos.

07 / BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Built by people who understand the work.

Built by people who understand the work.

Built by people who understand the work.

Conceived through first-hand experience in architectural practice and construction administration.

Project Arc grew from a simple observation: the people delivering buildings are working hard, but the systems connecting them are not always working together.

We believed there had to be a better way.

One that respects architectural practice, connects the project lifecycle, and gives people more time to focus on the work that matters.

Questions from architectural practice

Questions from architectural practice

Where does construction administration fit?

Construction administration carries design intent into delivery through RFIs, shop drawings and other submittals, field reviews, instructions, and changes. The exact responsibilities follow the project agreement. Project Arc’s direction connects that record with the earlier design and tender work.

Does Project Arc replace CAD or BIM authoring?

Project Arc is being developed around coordination and the project record. Specialist drawing and model-authoring tools remain part of the design stack. Discuss any required exchange or integration during a demonstration; an integration is not assumed.

How can a firm evaluate the fit?

Start with one recurring workflow: a drawing review, an RFI, or a phase handover. Review the prototype against your own process, confirm permissions and available features, and agree what a useful pilot would measure.
