Construction moves fast.
Information should keep up.

A job site cannot afford to stop because someone is searching for the right information.

01

Outdated information

Teams working from superseded drawings or incomplete project documentation.

02

Delayed responses

Questions, reviews, and decisions taking too long to reach the people who need them.

03

Disconnected field records

Photos, reports, site activities, and observations spread across different systems.

04

Difficult change tracking

Instructions, pricing, approvals, and changes becoming disconnected from their original context.

Less chasing information. More building.

A question on site often begins with a drawing, a specification, or an earlier project decision.

Project Arc is designed to preserve those connections through review, response, and resolution.

Questions from the office and field

Questions from the office and field

What information matters when a tender package changes?

The team needs to identify the issued drawings and specifications, the relevant revision, and any addenda. Contractor Arc’s intended workflow keeps questions and responses connected to that baseline. Confirm the available tender functionality in a walkthrough.

Who can authorize a response or change?

The project’s contractual roles govern who can review, respond, or authorize. A software status or illustrative screen does not grant that authority. Role permissions and issue procedures must be confirmed for the agreed pilot.

Is the Contractor Arc portal available now?

Contractor Arc remains in development. Participation in a core Project Arc project and the broader contractor platform are different scopes. A demonstration will explain the working prototype and which external collaboration workflows can be offered.
