A HIGHER PURPOSE
Schools. Communities. Infrastructure. Opportunities.
Capital projects shape the places where people live, learn, work, and belong. Project Arc helps owners bring clarity to the investment behind those ambitions.

Communities
Spaces that support growth and belonging.

Lasting assets
Thoughtful investments for long-term value.

Better outcomes
Projects that serve people for generations.

Greater confidence
Clearer information from start to finish.
THE OWNER’S REALITY
Capital projects involve many people, organizations, contracts, and decisions.
Getting a clear answer can become more difficult than it should be.
01
Where’s the budget?
Is the project tracking against its approved capital allocation?
02
Where’s the schedule?
Will the building be ready when it’s needed?
03
What changed?
Which decisions or changes are affecting cost and schedule?
04
Who’s responsible?
What is waiting for consultant, contractor, or internal approval?
MEET OWNER ARC
The Owner Arc vision is a clearer view across a capital program: project status, pending decisions, and the context behind them. The illustrated dashboards show product direction, not a currently available owner service.

CAPITAL PLANNING & FINANCIAL VISIBILITY
Capital planning needs a view of scope, timing, budgets, and decisions together. These illustrations explore that future relationship; confirm current pilot capability before relying on a portfolio or forecasting workflow.
Fictional demonstration data in millions. Program totals sum the three planning years. Portfolio counts remain program-wide. Committed costs are a subset of the budget; potential changes are shown separately and are not added to the forecast. No live database connection.
KNOW WHERE THE MONEY IS.
KNOW WHERE IT’S GOING.

DECISIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Review changes, understand implications, and record decisions with the information needed to make them confidently.
Project Arc’s vision is to keep owner decisions connected to the underlying project record.
Exterior Cladding Revision

Requires Owner Decision
Drawing A4.02 and envelope specification 07 42 00 are illustrative references for the proposed exterior cladding revision. They are sample documents, not live project files.
Illustrative only. Professional review and owner approval remain essential. An owner decision does not automatically authorize a contractual change. This demo does not approve or issue anything.

OCCUPANCY & LONG-TERM VALUE
Owner Arc’s handover direction brings outstanding items, documentation, training, and warranties into one considered transition to occupancy. Available closeout workflows will be confirmed for the agreed pilot.

What should an owner be able to see before deciding?
A useful decision record identifies the issue, relevant source information, the responsible parties, and the action requested. Owner Arc is being developed around that context. Dashboard and reporting availability must be confirmed for the agreed pilot.
Does Owner Arc include a live capital-program dashboard?
The portfolio and capital-planning examples show product direction. They do not establish an available owner dashboard, budget forecast, or financial integration. Discuss current scope and your reporting needs with the team.
How does handover relate to future building operations?
Agree the required record drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, training, and outstanding items before closeout. Project handover and future facilities services are separate scopes; Arc Facility Management is a later product direction.
FOR TODAY. AND WHAT’S NEXT.
One connected view of the investment is the goal. Owner Arc is being developed around the information and people behind your projects, so the record can serve the communities and organizations those projects are built for.
