PROJECT ARC / CLOSEOUT
Finish the project. Keep the knowledge.
Bring deficiencies, handover information and the final project record into view.
01 / CLOSEOUT
Start before occupancy.
Closeout is a delivery workflow, not a last-minute folder exercise. Bring testing, outstanding work, deficiencies, occupancy readiness and handover requirements into view early enough for the team to act. Make the remaining responsibility clear and distinguish an item being submitted from an item being accepted.
02 / CLOSEOUT
Hand over the record the building needs.
Coordinate O&M manuals, record drawings, warranty information and the agreed completion documents alongside the history that gives them context. Substantial-performance, takeover and final-handover requirements depend on the project and contract; Arc supports the record, while the project’s authorized professionals determine compliance.
03 / CLOSEOUT
Keep knowledge useful after completion.
A completed project can inform better scopes, details and planning on the next commission. Preserve the lessons and recurring issues with controlled access. Optional, owner-paid Arc Facility Management is a later roadmap extension for asset information, warranties, service history and reminders—not an included live service in the core pilot.
