THE PROJECT ARC PLATFORM
Project Arc is an architecture project management platform in development, designed around one connected record from opportunity to handover. Explore each phase, then confirm current workflows in a demonstration.

01 / PROPOSALS
Every successful project begins with an opportunity.
The proposal workflow is designed to connect client relationships, pursuits, scope, team assignments, and deadlines before the project begins.
The intended award workflow carries that opportunity context into delivery. Current proposal-to-project behavior is reviewed in the prototype demonstration.

02 / DESIGN
Design is an evolving conversation between architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
The design workflow is intended to keep teams, milestones, drawing sets, specifications, and review decisions in the same project context.
Keep design intent and project decisions visible as the work progresses.

03 / BIDS & TENDERS
Tendering should be structured, transparent, and connected to the information developed during design.
The tender workflow is designed to connect the issued drawings and specifications with bidder questions, responses, addenda, and the award record.
The project record continues into construction after award.

04 / CONSTRUCTION
Construction administration brings together questions, reviews, field observations, changes, and decisions.
The construction administration direction connects RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, field reviews, instructions, and changes to the information they affect.
Keep the office and field working from the same understanding.

01 — Construction Overview

Every RFI. One accountable record.
Track responsibilities, deadlines and response status in one project register. Arc Studios demonstration data.

02 — RFIs & Submittals
Keep questions and reviews connected to the project.

04 — Changes & Instructions
Keep the context behind changes and decisions visible.
05 / CLOSEOUT
Closeout is where the project record becomes a lasting resource for the people who own and operate the building.
The closeout workflow is designed to organize deficiencies, warranties, operating manuals, record drawings, and training around a coordinated owner handover.
Finish with clarity and accountability.

FINANCIALS / THROUGH EVERY PHASE
Winning projects matters. Knowing how they’re performing matters just as much.
Financial visibility is a distinct development direction: connecting fees, planned effort, resources, and project progress. The sample below is illustrative and does not represent verified live forecasting or accounting integration.

ARC INTELLIGENCE
When project information stays connected, it can become more useful.
Arc Intelligence is being developed around Ask Arc, Arc Review, Arc Insight, and Arc Draft Assist — assistance for finding context, investigating potential concerns, and preparing drafts for professional review.
Human oversight and professional judgment remain central.
CONCEPTUAL EXAMPLE / NOT A LIVE PRODUCT INTERACTION
A future connected view could surface relevant project records for your team to review — with sources, context, and professional judgment kept in the loop.
Illustrative answer: An overdue RFI, an outstanding submittal, and an unresolved owner decision may be holding up the next milestone.
Fictional scenario only. Review the source records and confirm the next action with the project team. Professional judgment and human approval remain central.

Can a team start with a project already under way?
Bring that project to a demonstration. We can review its phase, records, and access needs, then agree whether the current prototype is suitable for a pilot. Existing-project onboarding is assessed rather than assumed.
How are drawings, questions, and decisions meant to stay connected?
The intended workflow keeps each question or review close to the drawing revision, specification, and decision it concerns. Issued records and working information have different purposes; confirm the current revision and permission behavior in the walkthrough.
What is available today?
Project Arc is in development. A guided demonstration distinguishes working prototype functionality from planned financial visibility, external portals, and Arc Intelligence. Any pilot scope is agreed separately.
ONE PROJECT. EVERY PHASE.
From the first opportunity to the final handover, Project Arc connects the people, information, and decisions that move projects forward.
